  We bundled our direct tv and att internet a year ago. We have since had 3 different modems. Still unable to watch any on demand movies because of our internet connection and now we have suspended service because they can't seem to get their communication straight with our bill. We pay it but they don't relay the message that we did. It's slow and you cannot run 3 wireless devices at one time or you get disconnected. Absolutely horrible experiences with the staff when we call in. Rude, unproffesional people that refuse to let you speak to supervisor.
